Refund policy

Because each piece is handmade, one of a kind, and often delicate in nature, all sales are final. Repeated handling and shipping can increase the risk of damage to these unique pieces. We carefully inspect and securely package every item before shipment to ensure it arrives safely. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will happily refund for any damaged items upon return receipt.
