Terms and Conditions

All in-person sales are final. All online orders that are shipped can be returned within ten business days of delivery. Returns must be unworn and in resale condition. Contact Craig Hahn at craig@craighahn.com to establish your need for a return. Please include your name, cell phone number, email address and reason for return. Should you require a repair please contact us with your concerns. Many design elements cannot be replaced but be assured, we will make every effort to make you satisfied regarding your concern. 

Refunds are made promptly after approved returns. Smiles are always a gift with purchase.
